POSITION OVERVIEW
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting across a multi-entity organization. This role will provide insights to leadership through financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking, contributing to strategic decision-making across all areas of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis, revenue trends, and expense management.
• Monitor and interpret financial performance across wholesale, financing, insurance, and VSC operations.
• Support budgeting processes and provide ongoing updates to forecasts based on market and operational changes.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, transactions, and initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial input for decision-making.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting within a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of financial structures within industries such as automotive, insurance, or financial services is highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems and BI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present complex financial data in a clear way.
