FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

The FP&A Analyst supports the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis of the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver accurate financial insights, drive decision-making, and improve financial performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario analysis
• Track actual performance versus budget and forecast, identifying key variances and drivers

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for management
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs to provide actionable insights
• Support management reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations

Business Partnering

• Partner with department heads to understand financial performance and resource needs
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support operational decisions
• Support new initiatives, investments, and cost optimization efforts

Data & Process Improvement

• Maintain and improve financial models, templates, and reporting processes
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems
• Assist in automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related roles

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
