Senior Financial Analyst

Role Summary

CareCloud is hiring Senior Financial Analysts to strengthen its Financial Planning & Analysis function. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and delivering strategic insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Perform variance analysis (budget vs actuals) and provide insights
• Build and maintain financial models for business planning
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting packages
• Analyze revenue, cost structures, and profitability trends
• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights
• Automate reporting processes using advanced tools and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data validation
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / similar)
• Strong analytical and storytelling ability with data

Preferred Skills

• CA / ACCA / CFA / MBA Finance
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or IT services industry
• Exposure to financial automation tools and dashboards
