FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Work on building the plan and monthly forecast for General and Administrative P&L Line through working with cross-functions
  • Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports
  • Work on key initiatives to drive business and region performance
  • Performance analysis, including explanation of variance to plan, forecast and year ago
  • Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process
  • Maintain complex Excel models
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights
  • Manage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with cross-functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functions on ad-hoc projects
  • Drive Standardization, Optimization and Harmonization
  • Work closely with FP&A team on monthly HFM submissions and Mosaic Uploads
  • Responsible for managing cross-charges with Region team
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting while ensure accuracy in data reconciliation and consistently strive for precision in all tasks
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather information and align on objectives
  • Support in all other FP&A ad-hocs
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in finance and planning
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CMA/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, HFM, MS Office and Other financial reporting systems)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of business processes
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes
  • Experience in working with GBS (Preferred FMCG sector) will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic language
