We’re hiring an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across our Amazon brands and other e-commerce businesses. You’ll work directly with our Finance Manager and help tighten the financial engine behind a fast-growing portfolio.

What You’ll Own
Planning & Forecasting
- Build weekly and monthly forecasts tied to sales, PPC, COGS, and inventory cycles.
- Track daily marketplace performance across US, Canada, and EU.
- Support scenario modeling for pricing, promotions, and cash needs.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting for Amazon and e-commerce entities.
- Review bookkeeping outputs for accuracy before numbers roll up to leadership.
- Provide clear, concise variance analysis and performance insights to the Finance Manager.
Profitability & Cost Analysis
- Analyze SKU-level profitability including fees, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and PPC spend.
- Monitor TACOS, marketing efficiency, and wasted spend.
- Identify margin improvement opportunities and recommend actions.
Cash Flow & Budget Support
- Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts tied to supplier payments and marketing spend.
- Track FX impacts like CNY/USD and how they influence landed costs.
- Support quarterly budgeting and monitor actuals vs. plan.
Strategic & Operational Support
- Build financial models for product launches, expansions, and pricing decisions.
- Assist with VAT compliance for UK and Germany.
- Provide ad hoc analysis whenever the Finance Manager needs deeper insights.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
- 2–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
- Experience in e-commerce or inventory-driven businesses is a major plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online.
- Bonus: Power BI, SQL, or Python.
