🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Assist in maintaining financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast to identify key drivers.
• Partner with teams across the business to collect and validate financial inputs.
  
  

Performance Tracking & Financial Analysis

• Update and maintain weekly commercial performance materials, ensuring accuracy and timely insights.
• Assist in performing ad-hoc financial analyses and support business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining Monthly Finance Business Review pack
  
  

Reporting & Dashboards

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, leadership presentations, and KPI dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, Figma (or BI tools where applicable).
• Support compiling data for internal reviews, board materials, and investor-related requests.
  
  

Month-End Close & Process Improvement

• Assist with month-end close activities, including data validation, reconciliations, and accrual preparation.
• Help improve FP&A processes, reporting workflows, and overall data quality.
