Modern Animal is looking for a FP&A Manager to join our growing team.
We're looking for a financial strategist who thrives on turning numbers into insights and driving business success. You'll also play a key role in real estate site selection, ensuring our expansion strategy is backed by robust financial insights. Beyond the numbers, you'll collaborate closely with clinic leaders—offering financial guidance on cost control, labor efficiency, and revenue optimization tailored to each location to support profitability. You'll also champion knowledge sharing, providing training and support to foster financial discipline across teams.
Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will join a team of experts in high-growth startups, building a modern, technology-enabled veterinary company. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA.
