FP&A Manager

My client, a well-established organisation operating a diverse portfolio of assets, is seeking an experienced and analytical FP&A Manager to lead corporate financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role will be central to enhancing financial visibility and supporting strategic decision-making through the development of robust financial models, preparation of budgets and forecasts, analysis of key performance metrics, and the creation of clear, executive-level reporting. The successful candidate will also contribute to month-end and year-end processes while ensuring overall alignment between financial planning and broader business objectives.

The FP&A Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement within the planning and reporting cycle. They will play a key role in refining FP&A processes, improving data visualisation, and championing the adoption of digital tools to enhance forecasting, scenario modelling, and business intelligence capabilities. Collaboration across multiple functions will be essential in ensuring that financial strategies effectively support operational needs and growth plans.

The ideal candidate will hold an advanced finance or accounting qualification, with professional certifications such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA considered beneficial. They will bring a solid background in finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated capabilities in financial modelling, reporting, and dashboard creation are essential, while experience with AI-driven analytics and process improvement initiatives will be viewed as a strong advantage.
