Responsibilities


Commercial Delivery

1. Directly manage all O&G and EPCI logistics accounts in Qatar for Milaha Freight Logistics, which includes freight forwarding, project logistics, warehousing & local trucking

2. Plan and oversee pricing and tender submission, including where multiple Milaha business units are part of the service offering

3. Maintain CRM data for leads & opportunities

4. Understand O&G logistics contracts and legal / international standards


Strategy

5. Develop and execute Milaha’s O&G logistics business development strategy, focusing on project logistics and leveraging Milaha’s other services for solution offering

6. Monitor & provide market intelligence across the enterprise and highlight and qualify opportunities. Assess these opportunities based on potential revenue, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.


Stakeholder Management & Cross Selling

7. Coordinate closely with other Milaha businesses to provide end-to-end solutions for O&G clients (e.g. offshore vessel operations, ship agency & husbandry, land transport, heavy lift operations)

8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government entities, and industry stakeholders. This involves regular client meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to promote long-term partnerships


Reporting

9. Monitor and report on revenue targets, project financials, and other KPIs for business development. Provide regular updates to management, analyzing gaps, and recommending adjustments to meet or exceed targets.


Leadership

10. Ensure operations/work processes occur in accordance with all relevant legal, regulatory and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required;

11. Act as a coach to other more junior commercial staff, assisting to develop capability and talent.

Qualifications


Education & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent


Professional Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in O&G logistics commercial role (business development, tender submission, account management)


Geographic Experience:

• Middle East experience preferred


Computer Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM software


Language Skills:

• Business fluent English; Arabic is a plus
