We are seeking an FP&A Manager to lead operational performance management across Fleet, CX and other Ops areas. This role will be at the forefront of driving efficiency, cost control, and business insights, while also enabling the adoption of new FP&A systems and processes. You will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Tech and Product teams to deliver accurate reporting, robust planning, and forward-looking analysis that improve decision-making and business performance.

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to lead operational performance management across Fleet, CX and other Ops areas. This role will be at the forefront of driving efficiency, cost control, and business insights, while also enabling the adoption of new FP&A systems and processes. You will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Tech and Product teams to deliver accurate reporting, robust planning, and forward-looking analysis that improve decision-making and business performance.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Lead financial performance management for Operations, ensuring clear visibility into efficiency, costs, and profitability.
- Partner with CX and Ops teams on fleet efficiency, delivery performance, refunds, and CX analytics.
- Support FP&A deliverables such as monthly management reports, Budget, Forecast and Long-Term-Plan; variance analysis, and management reviews.
- Act as super-user and champion for new FP&A software implementation.
- Align Chart of Accounts with evolving business requirements and finance transformation initiatives.

Support governance of Ops and Finance-relevant projects and initiatives.
- 5+ years in FP&A within FMCG, e-commerce, logistics, or service-led industries.
- Strong foundation in finance and FP&A with expertise in operational performance management.
- Skilled in financial and business modeling, cost control, and efficiency analytics.
- Exposure of Finance systems implementation, BI tools, and ERP usage.
- Confident in communication, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to balance transformation projects with day-to-day finance operations.
