FP&A Specialist (Contract) – UAE | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional for a contract role supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and project performance analysis.

• Salary: AED 15,000 per month
• Contract Duration: 6 months (initial 3–4 months with extension)

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant FP&A / Finance experience
• Qualified Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP (GL, AP, AR)
• Experience with Oracle Projects (preferred)
• Understanding of service contracts (Material & Labour)
• Experience in technology or project-based environments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing and preparation of management accounts
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Develop financial forecasts based on project backlog
• Compare forecast vs FY26 budget and highlight variances
• Analyze cost overruns and change order requests
• Collaborate with business teams for financial insights and planning

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
