Our internal marketing team handles the day-to-day — clinic ambassador programs, local relationships, flyers, and outreach.
Now, we’re ready for the next evolution.
We’re looking for a digital-first, innovative marketing leader to elevate our brand, sharpen our message, and create scalable systems that consistently drive patient demand and community engagement across all markets.
The Role
As our Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be the strategist and architect — not the executor. Your focus: defining what’s next, what’s measurable, and what truly moves the needle in a relationship-driven healthcare environment.
Commitment: ~3–8 hours per week
Engagement: Contract / Fractional (long-term partnership preferred)
You Will Lead
Brand Positioning & Messaging
Refine and unify MSTP’s voice and value proposition across markets.
Clarify messaging for patients, referral partners, and clinician recruitment.
Digital Growth Strategy
Optimize website experience and conversion funnels.
Build a search strategy (SEO, Local Search, “near me” ROI tracking).
Lead paid digital testing: Google Ads, geo-fenced ads, retargeting, and event-based marketing.
Social Media & Paid Ad Strategy
Create a unified organic and paid social framework for brand growth.
Launch high-ROI, hyper-local paid campaigns.
Develop playbooks and templates that clinic teams can easily execute.
Content & Storytelling
Build patient testimonial frameworks and clinician spotlight campaigns.
Design a scalable short-form video content system.
Showcase MSTP’s impact through authentic storytelling.
Scalable Demand Generation
Identify repeatable systems that drive new patient referrals and community engagement.
Shift from one-off campaigns to sustainable growth engines.
Reporting, Benchmarking & KPIs
Build dashboards and processes for weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
Benchmark performance across markets and track ROI on all initiatives.
Thought Leadership & Strategic Coaching
Position MSTP as the community-driven physical therapy brand.
Advise the leadership team on priorities — what matters, what doesn’t.
Mentor our internal team toward data-driven, creative execution.
