Fragrance Lead

Position: Fragrance Lead
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in fragrance/perfume retail or a similar role
Location: Karachi

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fragrance sales, retail operations, or brand management
• Strong knowledge of perfumes, fragrance notes, and customer preferences
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to drive sales and manage fragrance counters or teams effectively

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage fragrance sales operations at the outlet
• Ensure excellent customer experience and product knowledge sharing
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Train and guide sales staff on fragrance products and selling techniques
• Maintain product display standards and inventory coordination
