Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fragrance Maker / Perfume Compounder to join our perfume factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, blending, and compounding fragrances according to formulas provided by the perfumer or production manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix fragrance formulas accurately as per standard recipes.
• Measure and weigh raw materials such as essential oils, aroma chemicals, and solvents.
• Operate and maintain mixing and blending equipment.
• Label, record, and store finished fragrance batches properly.
• Ensure quality control during and after production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to safety and hygiene standards.
• Support R&D or perfumer in new fragrance trials when required.
• Report any discrepancies or material shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fragrance making, perfume compounding, or related field (required).
• Strong knowledge of raw materials used in perfumes and their blending compatibility.
• Ability to follow precise formulas and maintain consistency.
• Attention to detail and good sense of smell.
• Basic computer knowledge for recording batch data.
• Team player with good communication and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
