Position Overview

Nose Down Scents LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Fragrance Sales Coordinator to support our retail and wholesale fragrance operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring a premium in-store experience that reflects the luxury nature of our fragrance collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting fragrances based on preferences, occasions, and scent profiles
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all fragrances, including notes, longevity, and brand story
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and display organization
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product availability and promotions
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service professionally
• Assist in implementing marketing and promotional campaigns in-store and online
• Ensure the retail space is clean, well-presented, and aligned with brand standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury goods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fragrances and customer service excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
