Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Fragrance Specialist to join our boutique. This role focuses on providing an exceptional experience to clients, offering expert advice on perfumes, and supporting sales and inventory management. The ideal candidate is passionate about fragrances and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized fragrance consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending suitable products.

• Maintain expert knowledge of all perfume brands, collections, and trends.

• Demonstrate products and educate customers on fragrance notes, composition, and usage.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with merchandising and creating attractive displays that enhance the boutique’s image.

• Manage inventory, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and monitoring levels.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.

• Support store management with reporting, stocktaking, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or luxury products preferred.

• Proven experience in perfume sales or beauty/luxury retail.

• Passion for fragrances and in-depth knowledge of the perfume industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions accurately.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

• Experience in customer service and luxury retail.

• Knowledge of inventory management or willingness to learn.

Working Conditions:

• Boutique environment with standard retail hours; may include weekends and holidays.

• Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.
