Ateej is seeking an experienced Perfume Consultant to deliver a refined, personalized fragrance journey to every customer who walks through our doors. In this role, you will use your deep knowledge of Arabic and French perfumes to guide customers toward scents that match their personality, mood, and lifestyle. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome customers and provide expert fragrance consultation tailored to their preferences.
• Explain fragrance families, notes, composition, and longevity to help customers make informed choices.
• Demonstrate proper perfume application and layering techniques.
• Achieve store sales targets and proactively drive upselling opportunities.
• Maintain product displays, tester units, and stock levels to ensure an elevated retail experience.
• Support the store team with merchandising, customer service, and daily operational tasks.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in perfume retail is required.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic and French fragrances, including ingredients, notes, and brand positioning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer experience.
• Skilled in sales techniques, product presentation, and building customer relationships.
• Professional appearance, refined demeanor, and a strong sense of brand representation.
