Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, including metal and wood framing, ensuring precision and safety at every step. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, contributing to high-quality, durable structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial to residential, utilizing your carpentry and construction skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Erect metal building frameworks and install structural components according to blueprints and schematics
  • Perform concrete forming and rebar installation to prepare foundations and support structures
  • Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Install siding, stucco, trim carpentry elements, roofing materials, and drywall for finishing projects
  • Execute masonry tasks such as laying bricks or blocks when required for project scope
  • Manage heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
  • Assist in restoration or remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills and craftsmanship
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all safety procedures are followed at all times

Skills

  • Extensive experience in metal building erection, framing, and concrete forming techniques
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management fundamentals
  • Strong knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry work, and plastering techniques
  • Skilled in welding, siding installation, roofing, woodworking, trim carpentry, and stucco application
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and safety gear usage
  • Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during projects
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and project managers
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
