Opportunity Overview

Blue Star is seeking an experienced framing contractor or crew to support ongoing and upcoming residential projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record of delivering high-quality structural framing on schedule.

Scope of Work

• Perform layout and structural framing
• Complete wall, floor, and roof framing
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Coordinate material needs and maintain jobsite organization
• Collaborate with project teams and trades
• Ensure framing meets structural requirements and Blue Star quality standards

Contractor Requirements

• Proven residential framing experience
• Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
• Own tools, equipment, and crew (if applicable)
• General liability insurance (COI required)
• Ability to manage schedule independently
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Professional communication and reliability

Compensation

• Project-based or negotiated per scope
• Payment terms outlined in contractor agreement
