Framing Carpenter

Looking to hire someone for a full time W2 position. We do mainly framing on relatively high end homes but do other miscellaneous things in between houses. Lately we have been working mainly around Olivette, but do some work in St Charles county as well. Young crew- as of right now no one is over 30 so it’s a great environment for someone looking to learn a trade and have a very fulfilling career. Open to any level experience carpenter, just need someone who is willing to show up and take the initiative to learn. Pay will start at $20 an hour for no experience, If you have experience we can discuss what you would like to make. I’m really hoping to fill this spot with someone who is looking to stick around long term but I understand not everyone wants to make this a career. Health insurance is not an option as of right now but I would like to make it a priority as the crew grows more efficient. I supply all power tools you only need to supply basic hand tools and a set of pouches.
