Job Summary:
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and franchisee marketing success for Maid Brigade. This role will ensure consistent brand messaging, effective campaign execution, and measurable results across national and local marketing strategies. The Brand Manager will report to the Snr. Director of Marketing and collaborate with brand leadership, and cross-functional teams to design impactful marketing programs that support corporate and franchise growth goals.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute brand-specific marketing plans for Maid Brigade in alignment with company objectives and go-to-market strategy.
- Guide the rollout and adoption of core initiatives/big rocks, including email lead nurturing.
- In collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing, Brand President, create an annual brand fund and marketing calendar and budget to execute full-funnel strategic marketing campaigns across owned, shared, earned and paid media which support strategic growth initiatives.
- Manage Marketing Calendar, cadences of promo roll out and recurring service promotions (gift certificates, seasonal promotions).
- Maintain and enforce consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all channels.
- Manage owner support ticket requests via Monday.com
- Build and maintain the Local Marketing Playbook, ensuring tools and resources are clear, actionable, and aligned with brand positioning.
- Plan, manage, and measure multi-channel national campaigns in partnership with the Director of Digital Marketing.
- Work with agencies to develop social media content calendar, content creation, print, and event marketing.
- Leverage third party software and vendors to post content and creative to social media platforms
- Create and oversee the development of marketing collateral, creative assets, and promotional materials in partnership with vendors to ensure brand consistency and Franchise Owner usability.
- In partnership with Director of Digital Marketing, train Franchise Owners on local marketing systems and best practices through webinars, live sessions, and toolkits.
- Work with leadership to conduct market research to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights.
- Report on Brand Fund KPIs to Franchise Advisory Council and franchise network, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with vendors and Digital Director to track and report on marketing KPIs across the franchise network, including lead volume, cost per lead, and campaign ROI via roll up reports.
- Provide KPIs monthly via marketing reports for leadership.
- Oversee vendor deliverables to franchise owners to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations, training, and IT to support successful marketing rollouts and initiatives.
- Lead the marketing onboarding process for new locations, including initial training, local marketing campaign execution, and first-year marketing strategy support.
- In partnership with the Snr. Director of Marketing create system communications.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in a franchised or multibrand environment.
- Proven track record in executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, franchisees, and external partners.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required - up to 20%
- Self-motivated and self-directing; able to drive alignment and results involving various stakeholders.
- Familiar with how to use AI to increase productivity and increase ROI of marketing activities.
Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
