Franchise Manager – UK & Europe

Role Overview
The Franchise Manager will oversee and expand the company’s franchise network across the UK and European markets. This role involves driving growth, ensuring operational excellence across franchise partners, and maintaining brand standards while supporting franchisees in achieving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities Franchise Development
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners across UK & Europe.
- Conduct market research to assess potential territories and expansion opportunities.
- Assist in franchise agreement negotiations and documentation.
- Support in developing franchise growth strategies and annual expansion plans.
Franchise Operations & Support
- Provide ongoing operational support to franchise partners to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Ensure all franchisees adhere to brand guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and operational assessments.
- Monitor franchise performance KPIs and provide improvement action plans.
Training & Compliance
- Facilitate onboarding training for new franchisees and their teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across UK & Europe.
- Implement brand updates, new products, and process changes across all franchise outlets.
Business Performance & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance and business metrics for all franchise locations.
- Prepare periodic reports for management on franchise growth, performance, and risk areas.
- Recommend strategies to improve profitability and customer experience.
Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for all franchise partners.
- Build strong relationships to ensure long-term franchise partner satisfaction.
- Manage conflict resolution and operational escalations effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or retail operations.
- Experience working in UK/European markets is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyze business performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across UK & Europe.
- Strong understanding of franchise laws, compliance, and market dynamics in the region.
