Join Our Team as a Franchise Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic Franchise Marketing Support Specialist to help drive local and national marketing success across our TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK franchise network. This role blends hands-on strategy, franchisee support, and brand marketing leadership—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to make a measurable impact.

Compensation Details:

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60K annually.


What You'll Do


  • Develop and execute franchise marketing strategies
    across TV, radio, digital, OTT, social media, grassroots, billboards, and B2B channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

  • Support franchisees through onboarding and ongoing operations by analyzing metrics, reviewing marketing plans/budgets, monitoring competitors, and guiding use of tools (CMS, SOCi, Google Business Profile, The Hub).

  • Partner with franchisees to build market-specific strategies that drive lead generation, track campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable performance insights.

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact, collaborating with internal teams, addressing franchise needs, and ensuring timely responses and support.

  • Deliver training and education through virtual and in-person sessions, equipping franchisees with marketing tactics, program utilization, and execution best practices.

  • Manage brand marketing initiatives, including promotional strategies, National Ad Fund campaigns, creative approvals, and vendor collaborations.

  • Oversee key brand programs and campaigns, such as Awards in Excellence (AIE) and Healing Through Hauls, ensuring proper training, collateral, execution, and reporting.

  • Lead customer engagement efforts via HubSpot-driven email campaigns, blogs, promotional messaging, and franchise newsletters, while staying current on industry trends.

What You'll Bring


  • Communication & leadership
    : Strong ability to coach, train, negotiate, build consensus, and provide service-focused support to franchisees and internal teams.

  • Marketing expertise: Solid understanding of marketing theory, brand awareness, lead generation, and tailoring strategies to specific markets.

  • Digital proficiency: Skilled across social and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, TikTok, PPC, SEO, OTT) with experience in grassroots franchise marketing.

  • Analytical strengths: Highly detail-oriented, able to interpret data, identify problems proactively, and deliver actionable recommendations with accuracy.

  • Project & systems management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, utilize CMS platforms, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Adaptability & professionalism: Positive, solutions-focused attitude with resilience under pressure, eagerness to exceed expectations, and commitment to continuous learning.


Work Location:
This is a hybrid position based out of our TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK Corporate Office in Lansing, MI. Our typical hybrid schedule consists of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
