About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Franchise Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing franchise partners, ensuring operational excellence, driving performance, and supporting franchise expansion initiatives.

This role requires a blend of relationship management, business strategy, and operational oversight to help franchisees succeed and uphold the brand’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all franchise partners and ensure smooth communication between the corporate office and franchise units.
  • Monitor franchise operations, sales performance, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Support franchisees in achieving business goals, including revenue growth, marketing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and training sessions for franchise partners and their teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations) to address franchisee needs and challenges.
  • Assist in new franchise onboarding, business setup, and ongoing operational support.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve franchise efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to company policies, contractual obligations, and brand standards.
  • Identify potential markets and contribute to franchise network expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–7 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or channel operations.
  • Strong understanding of franchise models, P&L management, and business operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet franchise partners and conduct audits/reviews.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,333.00 per month
