We are looking for a Franchise Sr Admin Assistant to join our team based in Istanbul. The individual will be responsible for Franchise Sr Admin Assistant and directly report to General Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all day to day activities of the GM
-
Plan the GM’s work schedule
-
Help GM and his familiy on their personal matters since they have a language barrier when communicating with locals.

Assist GM with his calendar, flights, hotels, visas, meetings, expenses, reservations
-
Prepare and present documents, presentations, prepare and present townhall meetings and anything required from GM’s side
-
Support team on team meetings, annual team gatherings, policy updates and announcements, DL-List arrangements

Collaborate with other PAs regarding to update employee lists, events, needed documents or upon the request of their manager, TR HR on policy updates, our travel and visa agency, TR IT team on new systems or updates that we should know or announce

Comply with applicable laws, internal labor regulations, the Company’s Global Code of Conduct, local regulatory acts, Policies, standards and procedures, and work instructions related to assigned activities.

Timely and properly execute directives from the immediate supervisor or authorized senior official arising from business needs, in line with the Company’s internal rules, procedures, and instructions.

Provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting, both within the Company and to regulatory/government authorities, within established deadlines.

Notify the immediate manager in advance (before the start of the work shift/day) if unable to report to work.

Know and apply in work the key competencies and related behavioral models expected of all employees to achieve the Company’s overall goals

Perform functional duties within the assigned territory and function

Organize business trips for GM and the leadership team (ticket/taxi bookings, visa support, accommodation, and related reporting)

Handle incoming calls; monitor inbound/outbound correspondence; prepare messages on behalf of the GM
-
Manage document flow (reports, presentations, translations, etc.)

Support the daily calendar and organize meetings
-
Organize meetings and ensure the leader is prepared for sessions

Take minutes of meetings and provide general support during meetings/presentations
-
Plan schedules for work and personal events
-
Organize meetings with guests and Company employees
-
Collaborate with key employees to help arrange events
-
Support team members with various projects and administrative matters as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent English and Turkish with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Bachelors degree
-
Experience in assisting top executives
-
Travel and visa processing experience would be preferred
-
Demonstrated experience with MS Excel
