To manage, expand, and strengthen the network of education franchises by ensuring smooth operations, consistent brand experience, and profitability across all franchise centers.
Key Responsibilities:1. Franchise Development
- Identify and onboard potential franchise partners across targeted regions.
- Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Guide franchisees through legal, financial, and operational formalities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
2. Franchise Operations Management
- Ensure each franchise center adheres to company standards in academics, infrastructure, and branding.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of franchise centers.
- Support franchisees in student enrollment drives, marketing activities, and local promotions.
- Provide training and operational guidance to franchise staff.
3. Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all franchise partners.
- Build strong professional relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Address grievances, operational issues, and performance gaps effectively.
- Conduct regular communication through visits, calls, and review meetings.
4. Business Growth & Support
- Support franchisees in achieving student enrollment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand visibility.
- Share insights, success stories, and best practices across the franchise network.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and accounts teams to ensure smooth functioning.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed franchise records, performance data, and MIS reports.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on franchise progress and challenges.
- Track payments, renewals, and royalty collections from franchise partners.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or Education Management.
- 3–7 years of experience in the Education or Training sector (Franchise / Institutional Sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of business operations, marketing, and customer service.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
