The Role

We are seeking an experienced Frappe Framework & ERPNext Developer who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This is a high-impact role where you will either function as the primary architect/developer (Solo) or lead a small technical team depending on project scale.

You must be a "full-cycle" developer—capable of gathering requirements, coding, deploying to production, and maintaining the system without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and customize modules in ERPNext and build custom applications using the Frappe Framework.
• Server & Deployment: Handle the complete deployment lifecycle. You should be comfortable setting up and managing self-hosted instances (VPS, Linux, Nginx, Docker).
• Customization: Create custom DocTypes, Reports, Scripts (Python/JS), and Print Formats to fit specific business workflows.
• Integration: seamlessly integrate ERPNext with third-party APIs (Payment Gateways, Shipping providers, Biometric devices, etc.).
• Leadership: Act as the technical authority. If working solo, you own the delivery. If the team grows, you will mentor junior developers and review code.
• Troubleshooting: Debug production issues, manage backups, and ensure system uptime and security.

• Backend: Python (Proficient), Frappe Framework
• Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), JQuery, Jinja Templating, HTML/CSS
• Database: MariaDB / MySQL
• DevOps/Infra: Linux (Ubuntu), Nginx, Redis, Git, Supervisor, Docker (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
