Job Title: Incident Management & Prevention Analyst

Duration: 3+ months contract

Payrate : $40.00- $45.00 per hours

Overview:

Join the Global Controllership Incident Management & Prevention team to conduct video identity verifications supporting global finance and cybersecurity processes. Collaborate with AP, AR, and other teams to ensure thorough vetting and improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct video calls for identity verification following established guidelines.
• Collaborate across teams to verify information and handle high-value cases.
• Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage a high volume of tickets (300-500+ weekly).
• Report findings using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• 2-4 years in fraud prevention or identity verification, preferably with video-based verification.
• Strong communication skills and experience with KYC processes.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Office, and familiar with fraud detection tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, Italian, German, or French) and fraud prevention certifications are a plus.
