The Fraud & Security Specialist plays a key role in supporting Fidelity Bank’s Security Program by assisting with fraud investigations, facility security, regulatory reporting, and overall safety and risk management efforts across the organization. This position partners closely with the Bank’s Security Manager, Risk & Compliance, internal teams, and vendors to help prevent and respond to fraud, maintain surveillance and alarm systems, coordinate security training, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate brings a prior background in bank security or fraud prevention, excellent communication and documentation skills, and a proactive approach to safeguarding the bank’s people, facilities, and assets while supporting a secure and compliant banking environment.
