Planning and strategy
- Lead the development of the overall event and exhibition strategy.
- Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for multiple events simultaneously.
- Develop production schedules based on factory capacity and project timelines.
- Define required human and material resources for projects.
Execution and logistics
- Manage all logistical aspects of production, including design, setup, installation, and dismantling.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and troubleshoot issues that arise during production and on-site execution.
- Oversee procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, design) and external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless execution.
Financial and operational management
- Monitor and manage event P&L, ensuring adherence to budget and seeking opportunities for cost savings.
- Track and analyze event performance and ROI to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of revenues and manage financial reporting.
Team and stakeholder management
- Lead and manage the production team, setting quality standards and ensuring they are enforced.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Communicate progress and updates through regular reports and meetings.
- Support business development and sales activities, and work with the marketing team to coordinate plans.
