We are seeking a highly skilled Economics Writer with strong academic and research expertise to create high-quality, well-researched economic content. The role involves developing clear, accurate, and insightful written materials for academic, research, and professional audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality content on economics-related topics (microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, public policy, etc.)
• Develop academic and analytical content such as articles, reports, case studies, and research summaries
• Ensure accuracy, originality, and adherence to academic and professional standards
• Simplify complex economic concepts for target audiences when required
• Revise and edit content based on feedback and project requirements
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• PhD in Economics (mandatory)
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in economics writing, research, or related fields
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Ability to interpret data, economic models, and research papers accurately
• Excellent command of written English with attention to detail
• Familiarity with academic citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing for academic journals, think tanks, or policy institutions
• Knowledge of statistical tools or economic modeling software
• Experience in policy analysis or applied economic research
