Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support our client’s (Dubai-based creative and technology agency) in the UAE and GCC market.
You will identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities within identified industries
This is a commission-only freelance role, ideal for someone confident in outreach, prospecting, and lead conversion for creative or tech-driven services.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify decision-makers in target sectors (Marketing Heads, Creative Directors, Founders, Architects, Event Producers, etc.).
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other B2B channels.
- Build and maintain lead databases using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to set up introductory calls or demos for the internal sales team.
- Track, report, and optimize lead generation performance weekly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales (preferably in creative, tech, digital marketing, or production industries).
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with ability to work independently.
- Must have own visa or freelancer visa in the UAE.
