Freelance BIM Architect

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent

Location: Dubai
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Work Setup: Full office-based
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in BIM documentation, drafting, and detailing from Schematic to Design Development stages for Architecture & Landscape projects
• Strong knowledge of International BIM standards and protocols
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks, and other drafting/design tools
• Experience in Commercial and Hospitality projects is required
• Familiar with planning guidelines, technical requirements, and authority submissions
• Experience with BIM360 or other CDE platforms is an advantage
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Proactive, hardworking, and able to meet tight deadlines
