We are looking for an experienced Freelance Business Development (BD) Professional to help us acquire new clients for our staffing services (Payroll & Recruitment).

Industry: Staffing / Recruitment
Location: Remote / Freelancer (India-based preferred)
Engagement Type: Commission-based
Payout: ₹3,000 per successful client onboarding

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients looking for recruitment or payroll outsourcing services.
  • Pitch our staffing solutions to HR decision-makers or business owners.
  • Generate and close new client leads (B2B).
  • Coordinate with our delivery team to ensure a smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in HR/Staffing domain.
  • Strong existing network of HR/TA leaders is a plus.
  • Self-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently on a success-based engagement.
