Compensation

$20 per approved video (average $200 per campaign).

Top creators can earn $2,000–$3,000/month.

Role Overview
As a Content Creator, you’ll create authentic short-form content (UGC) for brands, share feedback on campaigns, and represent Fluencify in your community. This role is fully remote and designed to fit alongside your studies.

Responsibilities

• Create 10–20 short (20–40s) brand videos per campaign following provided briefs
• Review campaign materials and ensure videos meet brand guidelines
• Submit videos through the Fluencify platform for approval
• Engage with other ambassadors and share insights to improve campaigns
• Represent Fluencify on social media and help build community awareness

Skills & Qualifications (not required)

• Strong communication and creativity skills
• Comfortable filming and editing short videos (TikTok/Reels style)
• Organized and reliable with deadlines
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
• Access to iPhone and internet connection

Minimum Requirements

Age 18–30, currently a student or recent graduate.

Understanding of social media trends and storytelling.

Willingness to complete at least one campaign (10 videos).
