Freelance Social Media Content Creator & Scriptwriter - Remote

Art Revo is a remote creative and digital agency providing branding, social media, content production, digital marketing, web development, and other creative services to clients across different industries.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Freelance Social Media Content Creator & Scriptwriter who can research current social media trends, develop original content ideas, and write engaging scripts tailored to different brands and platforms.

This is a freelance, remote position and not a full-time employment role. The selected freelancer will collaborate with our team based on assigned projects and content requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Research current and emerging social media trends, formats, topics, and audience behaviours.
• Generate creative and relevant content ideas for different clients and industries.
• Develop concepts for Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, social media campaigns, educational content, promotional videos, and other short-form content.
• Write clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate scripts in both Arabic and English.
• Create strong hooks, storytelling structures, calls to action, and engaging content angles.
• Adapt ideas and scripts according to each client’s brand identity, tone of voice, target audience, and objectives.
• Transform briefs, services, products, and key messages into creative social media content.
• Collaborate remotely with the social media, design, video production, and marketing teams.
• Revise scripts and content ideas based on internal or client feedback.
• Stay informed about platform updates, viral formats, competitor activities, and social media content best practices.
• Deliver assigned work within the agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, content ideation, copywriting, or scriptwriting.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to identify trends and adapt them creatively rather than simply copying existing content.
• Excellent storytelling, research, and creative-thinking skills.
• Ability to write engaging hooks and concise scripts for short-form videos.
• Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Ability to write professional, natural, and engaging social media content in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work with different industries, audiences, and tones of voice.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A portfolio or examples of previous content ideas, scripts, or social media work are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with a creative agency, digital marketing agency, or multiple brands.
• Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement.
• Experience writing scripts for educational, promotional, storytelling, or personal-brand content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance is an advantage.
