Freelance Content Creator- Creative & Trending Real Estate Content

Nine Star Properties LLC is seeking a talented, creative, and entertaining Freelance Content Creator to elevate our social media presence. This role focuses on making real estate content engaging, relatable, and highly shareable across digital platforms. It is a commission-based freelance opportunity, ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media trends.

The Role:

You will manage end-to-end content creation, including ideation, filming, editing, and scheduling daily short-form content across our primary platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Salary : Starting from 4,000 - 8,000 AED

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Brainstorm and create original, funny, and trend-driven short-form video concepts (skits, challenges, day-in-the-life, quick tips) aligned with current social media trends.
• Content Creation & Filming: Confidently appear on camera or direct and coach real estate agents during shoots.
• Video Editing: Deliver high-quality, professionally edited videos using trending music, effects, and text overlays optimized for fast consumption.
• Trend Adaptation: Stay ahead of social media trends and quickly adapt viral sounds and formats to the Dubai real estate niche.
• Optimization: Write compelling captions and apply platform-specific hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience (portfolio required) creating high-engagement content on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Experience in real estate or luxury brands is a strong advantage.
• Creative Personality: A naturally funny, creative, and confident storyteller who can turn everyday property features into engaging content.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in mobile editing apps such as CapCut, VN, or similar tools, as well as native platform editors.
• Reliability: Ability to consistently deliver a high volume of quality content on a daily or weekly basis.
• Local Market Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE market and local content trends is highly desirable.
