- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Support video creation and editing for Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content.
- Collate creative assets and content submissions from regional social media champions in various countries.
- Edit videos using basic editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.
- Support development of creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.
- Help manage interactions across social platforms including comments, messages, and general community engagement.
- Escalate key customer messages or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Track performance metrics using platform analytics.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Help identify high-performing content and opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain organized digital folders for creative assets.
- Support the Marketing team in campaign coordination as required.
- Follow all company and marketing policies, maintain confidentiality of information, and ensure professional communication.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Ability to understand and track social media analytics.
