Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Contract Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a versatile writer with a passion for food who can craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging across a wide range of platforms. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple deadlines.

Duties

· Write and edit copy for packaging, labels, and point-of-sale materials

· Develop product profiles, landing pages, and recipe content

· Create copy for email campaigns, newsletters, and digital ads

· Write blog articles, press releases, and sales presentations

· Draft social media captions, video scripts, and other digital content

· Ensure accuracy in product details and follow brand style guides and AP Style

· Adapt messaging for diverse B2B and B2C audiences

· Collaborate with design, culinary, marketing, and sales teams

· Edit and proofread existing content for clarity and consistency

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of professional copywriting experience (internships, freelance, or in- house)

· Portfolio that demonstrates strong writing ability across digital, print, or social platforms

· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail

· Familiarity with AP Style and willingness to learn brand voice guidelines

· Enthusiasm for food and curiosity about produce categories and cuisines

· Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and balance multiple projects

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
