Freelance CRM Implementation Consultant

Overview:
We are looking for a freelance CRM Consultant to help small companies optimize customer relationship management by setting up, customizing, and integrating CRM platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot).
• Customize workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
• Train client staff on CRM best practices.
• Provide ongoing support during adoption phase.

Requirements:

• Proven CRM implementation experience (preferably with SMB clients).
• Knowledge of CRM integrations (email, WhatsApp, cloud apps).
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Contract Type: Freelance / Remote / Project-based.
