Freelance Executive Trainer - Marketing & Communications (Banking & Financial Services) - UAE

Location

UAE (candidates must be based in the UAE or willing to travel to the UAE for onsite delivery). Remote delivery is possible for some sessions, but onsite presence in UAE will be required for client workshops. Travel expenses for onsite delivery will be negotiated per assignment.

Role overview

We're looking for senior freelance instructors/facilitators to design and deliver high-impact workshops and modular training across:

• Brand & Sponsorship Management
• PR & Media Relations / Crisis Communications
• Internal Communications
• Events & Stakeholder Engagement
• Business Enablement for Marketing

Key responsibilities

• Design UAE- and banking-specific curriculum and workshop materials (slides, facilitator notes, exercises)
• Deliver 1-3 day workshops, half-day masterclasses, and bespoke in-company programmes (in English)
• Use adult-learning methods: case studies, role plays, crisis simulations and practical templates
• Customize content for regulatory, reputational and cultural constraints in UAE banking clients
• Provide post-training action plans, assessments and a short training impact report
• Attend client calls and support training needs analysis when required

Required experience & skills

• 10+ years in marketing, communications or related roles, with direct experience in banking / financial services (agency experience with Fi-Serv clients accepted)
• Demonstrable experience designing and delivering training to senior teams
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong facilitation skills and adult-learning design experience
• Comfortable delivering both in-person (UAE) and remote workshops
• Two client references (one must be from a bank / financial services client)
• Workshop slides, participant workbook, facilitator notes, and a 1-page post-training action plan
• Short training impact summary within 7 days of delivery
• Availability to travel to UAE for onsite delivery when required; travel expenses reimbursed per agreement
