Freelance Florist

Job Summary:
The Florist is responsible for creating, arranging, and maintaining floral designs for various occasions, ensuring high-quality presentation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorations for events, weddings, and daily orders
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate flowers and arrangements based on their needs
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants
• Manage flower inventory, including receiving, storing, and replenishing stock
• Ensure proper care, watering, and handling of flowers and plants
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or special requests
• Follow company standards and design guidelines for floral arrangements
• Assist in event setups and installations when required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Florist or in floral design
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
• Creative and artistic skills in floral arrangement
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage

Work Conditions:

• May require standing for long periods
• Occasional lifting of flower supplies and materials
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays depending on business needs

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
