- Design and develop visual content for social media, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Create layouts, infographics, and motion graphics to support internal and external communication.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and multimedia content as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure innovation and creativity.
- Assist in website design elements and UI/UX improvements when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with digital design, including social media graphics, web banners, and video editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
- Knowledge of basic animation, motion graphics, or 3D design is a plus.
