Freelance Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer + Video Content Creator to join our growing real estate brand on a part-time basis.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our real estate marketing across multiple platforms including:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Other digital channels

Key Responsibilities

• Design premium real estate marketing posts & banners
• Create engaging property reels and short-form videos
• Edit walkthrough videos & promotional content
• Develop brand-consistent social media creatives
• Create ad creatives for property campaigns
• Maintain a luxury, modern Dubai real estate aesthetic

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
• Video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred)
• Understanding of real estate marketing content
• Strong sense of luxury branding & typography
• Ability to create fast, engaging social media content
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, LinkedIn marketing

Preferred Experience

• Real estate / property marketing experience
• UAE market exposure (bonus)
• Portfolio of social media creatives & video edits
