Engagement Overview

We are seeking freelance graphic designers to support the marketing needs of a diversified group of 17 companies across logistics, trading, contracting, retail, and services. Design work will be distributed among multiple designers based on workload, specialization, and timelines.

Scope of Work

Design and deliver high-quality marketing and branding materials, including:

• Social media creatives (posts, stories, ads, banners)
• Marketing flyers & promotional materials
• Corporate presentations & proposal layouts
• Broadsheets, posters & digital advertisements
• Basic branding adaptations (resizing, localization, language versions)
• Event & campaign creatives
• Product promotion visuals

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms
• Deliver work within agreed timelines and revisions cycles
• Maintain consistency in brand identity for each company
• Collaborate via ClickUp for task updates, feedback, and approvals
• Ensure files are delivered in required formats and editable source files

Deliverables

• Print-ready and web-optimized outputs
• Editable source files (AI, PSD, INDD, Canva, or equivalent)
• Final exports (PNG, JPG, PDF, MP4/GIF where applicable)

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma or equivalent
• Strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills
• Experience creating social media and marketing creatives
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously

Work Allocation

• Assignments will be distributed across designers based on capacity and expertise.
• Work volume may vary depending on campaign cycles and business needs.

Coordination & Workflow

• All tasks will be managed through ClickUp.
• Feedback, revisions, and approvals will be centralized within the platform.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
