Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Freelancing HR Recruiter to support our hiring activities on an assignment-based model. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment independently with strong communication and sourcing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and references.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess suitability and communication.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain candidate trackers, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Provide timely updates on hiring progress.

Requirements

• Prior recruitment experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions independently.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
• Must have a smartphone and stable internet connection.

Compensation

• Performance-based payouts:

o ₹3,000 per candidate joining

o Additional ₹2,000 after the candidate completes 1 month retention criteria.
