Freelance HR Consultant for Two-Wheeler Retail Showroom

Part-time/Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Will focus on recruitment needs of dealership
• Create job descriptions based on recruitment needs
• Use various channels to find candidates for open positions
• Conduct first interview with candidate for screening
• Coordinate with other agencies to screen their candidates for recruitment
• Negotiate with candidates finalized for recruitment
• Can work remote, but once a week visit on site to meet with stakeholders and provide updates, understand recruitment needs, etc.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in HR field is must
• Must be willing to come on-site at least once in the week
• No fixed work timings, can work as per your schedule

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
