  • Assist with policy questions, compliance, and policy acknowledgments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or AA required.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is helpful.
  • Prior contact center experience with inbound phone call case management required.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills are essential.
