Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Freelance HRM & UAE Labour Law Trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience in the UAE and strong knowledge of the UAE Labour Law, including recent amendments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions (online or onsite) on Human Resource Management principles and UAE Labour Law.
• Customize course material based on student/professional needs.
• Deliver interactive sessions including real-life case studies, legal updates, and Q&A.
• Stay updated with UAE employment regulations and best HR practices.
• Offer guidance on compliance and legal frameworks relevant to UAE labor practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Law (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE-based HR/Labour Law experience.
• Previous training or teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to take sessions during evenings or weekends as needed.
