Job Description:
We are seeking a freelance International Business Development Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert them into paying customers. Your role will involve prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building with decision-makers in companies worldwide.

This role is 100% commission-based, perfect for someone who is results-driven, persuasive, and comfortable in a performance-linked setup.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients (B2B) who need market research & trend reports
• Conduct cold emailing campaigns and personalized LinkedIn outreach
• Initiate and nurture conversations with prospects
• Present our offerings, handle queries, and follow up until conversion
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• Strong interest or background in sales, business development, or client relations
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Comfortable with cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach
• Persuasive, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Familiarity with market research/consulting industry is a plus

Compensation:
Commission-Based Pay:

• ₹6,000 per successful client conversion (no cap — the more you convert, the more you earn)
